We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - however, due to the unique nature of our business, please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy.

Defects or Damage on New Items
If you've ordered or purchased a "new" product (one that we've ordered from a trade/wholesale company) - we will do our best to remedy, refund, or issue store credit for the mistake, defect, or issue.

Defects or Damage on Vintage/Found Items
Due to the unique nature of our business (and dealing with used, vintage, and found items) - we are unable to refund or exchange once the item has left our store.

Furniture and Large Items

Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. As most of these items have experienced many lives- they will include age, patina, and wear. We try to fit descriptions and images as best we can to represent the condition of each piece.
